高同型半胱氨酸出院患者相关营养认知及饮食行为调查 被引量:1

Investigation on nutritional cognition and dietary behaviors of discharged patients with high homocysteine

摘要 目的:评估健康宣教改善患者饮食习惯的效果,为HHcy患者制定饮食教育方案提供依据。方法:以KAP模式进行问卷设计,对Hcy升高患者82例进行调查。结果:营养知识(K)得分44.72分,营养态度(A)得分55分,营养行为(P)得分74.57分,K、A得分存在着明显的正相关(P=0.000),但是K、P和A、P得分没有明显的相关性(P>0.05)。结论:在出院宣教中要加强患者及家属对Hcy升高的疾病风险认识,强调饮食习惯对Hcy的影响,鼓励患者形成健康的饮食习惯。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of health education on improving dietary habits of patients,so as to provide basis for developing dietary education program for HHcy patients.Methods:The KAP mode was used to design the questionnaire,and 82 patients with elevated Hcy were investigated.Results:Nutrition knowledge(K) score was 44.72,nutrition attitude(A) score was 55;nutrition behavior(P) score was 74.57;there was a significant positive correlation between the scores of K and A(P=0.000);there was no significant correlation between K,P and A and P scores(P〈0.05).Conclusion:In the discharge education,we should strengthen the awareness of the risk of disease of the patients and their families for increase the Hcy,stress the impact of dietary habits on Hcy,and encourage patients to form a healthy eating habit.
