摘要
目的探讨中医健脾祛痰、活血化瘀法对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月~2016年5月本院收治的肥胖型PCOS不孕症患者96例,随机分为研究组与对照组,各48例。其中对照组给予西医常规治疗,研究组另给予中医治疗中医健脾祛痰、活血化瘀法治疗。对比治疗前后血清雌二醇(E_2)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及睾酮(T)水平,比较临床疗效、周期排卵及妊娠情况。结果两组治疗后血清E_2及FSH水平均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清LH及T水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组临床疗效等级分布比较有显著差异(P<0.05),研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组周期排卵率和妊娠率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医健脾祛痰、活血化瘀法可有效调节肥胖型PCOS不孕症患者性激素水平,疗效显著,可促进排卵,提高妊娠率,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Chinese medicine for invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on infertility of obesity type polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）. Methods A total of 96 patients with obesity type PCOS infertility who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were selected, and random Ly divided into study group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment of western medicine, and the study group was further given Chinese medicine for invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The levels of serum estradiol（E2）, luteinizing hormone（LH）, follicle stimulating hormone（FSH） and testosterone（T） were compared before and after the treatment, and the clinical curative effect, periodic ovulation and pregnancy situation were compared. Results The levels of serum E2 and FSH in both groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. The study group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）; serum LH and T levels after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）, and the study group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）; there were significant differences in the distribution of clinical efficacy between the two groups（P〈0.05）, and the total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; the periodic ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine for invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can effectively regulate the sex hormone level in the patients with obesity type PCOS infertility, with significant curative effect, which can promote ovulation and
