摘要
目的:评价3种中医诊疗技术诱发排卵的临床疗效。方法:481例排卵障碍性不孕症患者随机分成4组:口服中药组、外敷中药组、穴位针刺组、肌注HCG组。4组排卵期分别给予中药口服、中药热敷、针刺、HCG肌注诱发排卵,观察4组治疗后的排卵率、黄体期雌二醇(E2)、孕激素(P)水平、临床妊娠率、生化妊娠率、异位妊娠率、多胎妊娠率、OHSS发生率、LUFS发生率等。结果:穴位针刺组与肌注HCG组排卵率、黄体期E2、P水平显著高于口服中药组与外敷中药组(P<0.05);口服中药组、外敷中药组、穴位针刺组临床妊娠率显著高于肌注HCG组(P<0.05);口服中药组、外敷中药组、穴位针刺组LUFS发生率显著低于肌注HCG组(P<0.05)。结论:口服中药、外敷中药、穴位针刺3种中医诊疗技术诱发排卵安全、有效,具有明显的中医特色及优势,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of three traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)techniques in inducing ovulation.Methods:A total of 481 infertile patients with dysovulation were randomly divided into four groups:oral Chinese medicine group,externally applied TCM group,acupuncture group and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)intramuscular injection group.The four groups were separately given oral Chinese medicine,hot compress of external prescription of TCM,acupuncture and HCG intramuscular injection to induce ovulation during ovulation period.The ovulation rate,estrogen(E2)and progesterone(P)level in luteal phase,clinical pregnancy rate,biochemical pregnancy rate,ectopic pregnancy rate,multiple pregnancy rate,ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS)rate and luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS)rate were observed after treatment in the four groups.Results:The ovulatory rate,E2 and P levels of acupuncture group and HCG intramuscular injection group were significantly higher than those of oral Chinese medicine group and external application group(P<0.05),the clinical pregnancy rate of oral Chinese medicine group,external application group and acupuncture group were significantly higher than that of HCG intramuscular injection group(P<0.05).The LUFS rate in oral Chinese medicine group,external application group and acupuncture group was significantly lower than that in HCG intramuscular injection group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is safe and effective to induce ovulation by oral Chinese medicine,external application and acupuncture.They have distinctive TCM features and advantages,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
