摘要
目的:探讨口腔颌面外科见习教学模式。方法:选择临床见习的口腔医学本科专业学生70名,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统见习教学模式,观察组采用CBL与PBL联合的见习教学模式,比较两组教学效果。结果:观察组出科考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);在提高学习积极性、提高临床工作能力、提高解决问题的能力、有助于活跃课堂气氛、对教学方式及效果满意评价方面,观察组各项占比高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用CBL与PBL联合的见习教学模式可以提高口腔颌面外科教学效果及质量。
Objective:To explore the teaching mode of probation in oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods:70 cases of undergraduate students of stomatology with clinical probation were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given traditional probation teaching mode.The observation group was given CBL combined with PBL probation teaching mode.We compared the teaching effect of the two groups.Results:The examination results of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the proportion of the observation group was higher than the control group in improving the enthusiasm of learning,improving the ability of clinical work,improving the ability to solve problems,helping active classroom atmosphere and evaluating the teaching style and effect satisfaction(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The probation teaching mode of CBL combined with PBL can improve the teaching effect and quality of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
