摘要
工程训练中心实训教师职业倦怠影响教学安全,其中情绪衰竭降低教学安全隐患敏感性,人格解体教学机械化和安全意识淡薄,低成就感教学靠经验,这是由个体因素、工作因素、学校因素三方面原因造成的。提出相应对策:提升个人的知识结构与能力素质,明确自身职业生涯规划;善于挖掘日常工作中的"创新"点;改进实训教师的绩效考核,突出实训教学在职称评审中的分量。开通多渠道晋升通道,提高实训教师的满意度。
Job burnout of practical training teachers in engineering training center influence the safety of teaching,emotional exhaustion reduces the sensitivity of hidden dangers in teaching,mechanization and safety consciousness,low sense of achievement in teaching by experience,which is determined by the individual factors,job factors,school factors for three reasons. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward: improving the knowledge structure and ability quality of the individual,making clear the career planning of the individual,digging up the "innovation"in daily work,improving the performance appraisal of training teachers,and stressing the weight of practical teaching in professional evaluation. Opening multi-channel promotion channels to improve the satisfaction of training teachers.
