摘要
高等院校的重点实验室是进行教学、科学研究和技术开发的重要基地。重点实验室在实际运行中形成的管理模式与理想管理模式常常存在冲突。结合广东药科大学重点实验室的实际情况,通过走访调研以及查找文献等方法,分析了我国高校重点实验室现状,总结出高校重点实验室的普遍管理模式,提出了重点实验室目前管理模式的弊端并探讨对策,为提高重点实验室运作效益,充分发挥重点实验室功能提供参考。
Key laboratory of institutions of higher learning is an important base of teaching,scientific research and technology development. The management modes formed in the actual operation are different with the ideal management modes. Based on our school as an example,to improve the efficiency of the key laboratory of operation and give full play to the function of key laboratory for provide the reference,the article will analysis the current of key laboratories in universities in our country and discuss the problems and countermeasures of key laboratory management modes.
