融合慕课教学 保证气相色谱实验教学质量 被引量:2

Ensuring the quality of gas chromatography experiment teaching by integrating MOOCs teaching

摘要 色谱分析是一种非常重要的分离分析手段,广泛应用于化工、制药、食品安全和环境监测等各个领域。该课程的理论知识比较抽象、仪器操作复杂、学时短、且对计算机能力要求较高,对于刚入校的大一新生来说存在一定困难。"慕课"(MOOCs)是一种新近涌现出来的大规模在线开放课程,它以优质的网上教学资源和崭新的教学模式影响着现代的教育体制。结合慕课教学的特点和理念,改变传统的实验教学模式,在气相色谱实验教学中引入微视频、在线预习测试等环节,充分提高了学生学习的自主性和动手动脑能力,显著提高了实验教学的效果。 Chromatography is a very important method of separation and analysis, which is widelyused in chemical, pharmaceutical, food safety and environmental monitoring and other fields. The ab-stract theoretical knowledge of this course, the complicated operation of instrument, the short teachinghours and the higher computer ability make it difficult to study for the freshmen just entering theschool. “MOOCs” is a newly emerged large-scale online open course, which influences the moderneducational system with high-quality online teaching resources and a new teaching mode. Combiningthe characteristics and ideas of MOOCs teaching, this article changes the traditional experimentalteaching mode. The micro video, on - line preview test and so on are introduced in the experimentteaching of gas chromatography, which fully improve the students’ learning autonomy and hands-on a-bility and enhance remarkably the effect of experiment teaching.
