摘要
目的:比较不同产地紫苏梗中总黄酮含量,为紫苏梗药材的选用提供基础。方法:石油醚超声脱脂后采用紫外分光光度法测定不同产地紫苏梗中的总黄酮含量。以乙醇浓度、提取时间和次数、固液比为单因素进行提取工艺考察。结果:不同地区紫苏梗中总黄酮含量有较大差异,其含量排序为河南>江苏>山东,经单因素试验考察,得最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度70%;提取时间90 min;固液比1∶10;提取次数2次。结论:该试验为紫苏梗药材产地筛选提供了参考价值,其提取工艺可为紫苏梗的进一步开发利用提供理论基础。
Objective： To compare the content of total flavonoids in the stem of Perilla frutescens from different region so as to provide foundation for the selection and use of the stem of Perilla frutescens. Methods： The content of the total flavonoids was determined by UV-spectrophotometry after ultrasonic degreasing with petroleum ether. The process for its exaction was studied by the single factor such as ethanol concentration, extraction time and frequency, solid-to-liquid ratio. Results： There existed significant differences in the content of total flavonoids in the stem of Perilla frutescens from different region and the order of highest content was HenanJiangsuShandong. The optimal process for the extraction of total flavonoids was as follows： extraction for 90 min with 70% ethanol at solid-to-liquid ratio 1：10 and extraction twice by single factor experiment. Conclusion： This study can provide a reference for the selection and use of the stem of Perilla frutescens and the extraction process can be used as a theoretical basis for further development and utilization of the stem of Perilla frutescens.
