摘要
为了解消费者对网上购药的认知情况和购买行为,采用问卷调查法收集有效问卷390份,通过SPSS计量分析发现,网上购药认知占比高达93.8%,约1/4的被调查者有过1次以上的网上购药经历,年龄和性别对购买经历和频次有显著性影响,满意度达67%,建议医药电商应提供更多品类并提高服务质量。
To understand consumer's awareness and purchase behavior of online drug purchase, 390 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SPSS. It was found that the awareness of online drug purchase accounted for as high as 93.8%, and there were around 1/4 of the respondents having more than 1 time of online drug-purchasing experience, in which age and gender had a significant impact on the experience and frequency of purchase and the satisfaction reached 67%. It is recommended that the medical e-commerce suppliers should provide more categories and improve their service quality.
