摘要
以服务提供者(药店)和服务接受者(患者)在购药系统中的行为、体验流程为主,借助服务设计相关方法,构建智慧药店服务系统设计模型。分析了当前智慧药店购药服务存在的问题以及洞察线上线下药店联动带来的新机遇,探索我国智慧药店可持续性发展的可能性。得到增强用户服务体验的智慧药店购药服务系统设计方案该方法为构建智慧化药店服务模式提供了多维度的参考,强化了用户的智慧药店购药全流程服务体验。
This paper aims to construct a smart pharmacy service system design model based on the behavior and experience process of service providers(pharmacies)and service recipients(patients)in the drug purchase system,and with the help of service design related methods.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current smart pharmacy drug purchase service and the new opportunities brought about by the linkage of online and offline pharmacies,and explores the possibility of sustainable development of smart pharmacies in China.The design scheme of the smart pharmacy drug purchase service system is enhanced by the user service experience.This method provides a multi-dimensional reference for the construction of intelligent pharmacy service model,and strengthens the user's service experience of the whole process of drug purchase in smart pharmacies.
