摘要
为探讨临床医学专业"内科学"课程教学模式,提高教学效果,对2013级临床医学专业1班学生的教学采用传统教学法(对照组),对2013级临床医学专业2班学生采用系统整合式教学法(研究组),比较2组学生基本理论知识及基本技能考核成绩。分析结果表明:研究组学生基本理论知识及基本技能考核成绩明显高于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。相对于传统教学法,系统整合式教学法更有助于提高学生的基本理论知识水平和基本技能,有利于确保教学效果和学生专业素质的提升,具有一定的实用价值。
Objective: to explore the teaching model of internal medicine in clinical medicine class,and to improve teaching effect. Methods: the systematic integration teaching method was applied to the test group consisting of students from clinical medicine class 2,Grade 2013 while the students from clinical medicine class 1,Grade 2013 only received the traditional teaching method as control group,the scores of the two groups in the basic theoretical knowledge and basic skills test were compared. Results: compared with the control group,the scores of students' basic theoretical knowledge and basic skills test were significantly improved among the research group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 01). Conclusion: compared with the traditional teaching method,the systematic integration teaching method can help to improve the students' basic theoretical knowledge level and basic skills,so as to ensure the teaching effect and improve the students' professional quality,which is of certain practical value.
