摘要
整合医学从人的整体出发,注重于将医学领域内的先进理论与最有效的临床实践经验进行有机整合,并结合社会、环境、心理等因素加以修正、调整,建立起最适合患者健康与疾病诊疗的策略。整合医学教学模式已经广泛应用于临床多个学科的教学中,并取得了良好的教学效果。文章从整合医学的重要性、所面临的挑战以及在教学中的具体应用出发,探讨了整合医学在放射肿瘤学临床教学中的应用。文章表明采用整合医学教学模式,通过纵向整合可以建立起基础学科与临床学科之间的联系;通过横向整合可以建立起临床各相应学科之间的联系。最终达到对患者进行系统诊疗,制定最佳治疗方案的目的,更有利于临床教学活动的开展,培养出具备整体整合观的放射肿瘤学人才。
Integrative medicine starts from the whole of people,pays attention to the organic integration of advanced theories in the medical field and the most effective clinical practice experience,and combines social,environmental,psychological and other factors to modify and adjust,to establish the most suitable for patients'health and disease diagnosis and treatment strategy.Integrative medicine teaching model has been widely used in clinical teaching of various subjects,and has achieved good teaching results.This paper discusses the application of integrative medicine in the clinical teaching of radiation oncology from the perspective of its importance,challenges and specific teaching applications.This paper demonstrates that the connection between basic subjects and clinical subjects can be established through vertical integration,and the connection between corresponding clinical subjects can be established through horizontal integration.Finally achieve the purpose of systematic diagnosis and treatment of patients and formulate the best treatment plan.It is more favorable to the development of clinical teaching activities and the cultivation of radiation oncology talents with a holistic and integrated view.
