摘要
作为全国首批科技金融试点城市,近年来,天津市出台多项政策措施积极推进科技金融发展并取得了显著成效。但同时也存在科技金融发展环境不完善、直接融资潜力发挥不充分、创业风险投资规模偏小、科技保险工作进展缓慢、科技企业信用体系不健全等问题。本文针对这些问题进行分析,并提出了相应的解决对策。
As one of the first sci-tech finance pilot cities, Tianjin has introduced a series of policies and measures to promote the development of sci-tech finance and produced some remarkable effects in recent years. However, there are still some problems such as imperfect developing environment, insufficient potential of direct financing, smaller scale of venture capital investment, slow progress of sci-tech insurance and unsound credit system of sci-tech enterprise. This article analyzes the problems and suggests the corrresponding countermeasures.
