摘要
以非洲菊的茎尖作为外植体进行脱毒培养,经检测后确定为无病毒植株。以无病毒植株的茎段为研究对象,对外植体的扩繁技术进行深入研究,研究结果显示,初代脱毒培养中,1mg/l IAA出现愈伤组织的时间最短,死亡数也是最少,脱毒效果最佳。生根培养基最佳为1/2MS培养基+1mg/l IAA。
In this article,the stem tip of Gerbera jamesonii was used as an explant for virus-free culture. Using the stems of virus-free plants as explants for propagation studies,the results showed that in the initial detoxification culture,1 mg/l IAA had the shortest time for callus formation,and had the lowest number of deaths. The best detoxification effect was achieved. The rooting medium was preferably 1/2 MS medium ＋ 1 mg/l IAA.
