摘要
本研究主要是对知识产权融资过程中遇到的问题进行探讨,通过资本资产定价模型阐述知识产权融资风险和收益的不一致性,提出解决企业知识产权融资问题的措施和建议,旨在发现知识产权用于债权和股权融资过程中的问题,并寻求解决问题的方法,探讨企业如何有效地利用知识产权融资,获得健康发展。
This study illustrates the main problems encountered in the IP financing. This paper describes the inconsistency between financing risks and benefits of intellectual propertythrough the capital asset pricing model and puts forward some proposals and recommendations to solve the problems of IP financing, aiming to find out the problems of using intellectual propertyfor debt and equity financing, and to find ways to solve the problems. It explores how enterprises can effectively use intellectual property financing for its sound development.
