摘要
本文从研究企业之间的竞争问题入手,分析了企业的竞争者不仅包括产品市场的竞争者,也包括要素市场的竞争者;提出在产品生命周期的不同阶段,企业的主要竞争对手会发生变化。基于上述研究,我们提出企业竞争力可以分为要素市场竞争力、产品市场竞争力、企业运营效率竞争力,这三种竞争力分别从投入、产出、转换三个角度测量了企业的竞争力。在企业竞争力的三个方面,“要素市场竞争力”及“企业运营效率竞争力”是企业竞争力更为重要的两个方面。
This article analyzes the issue of enterprise competition and reasons that enterprise competitors include not only those in the product market but also those in the element market. The author concludes that the chief components of enterprises will change in accordance with different product life cycles.
