摘要
在食盐中添加一定比例干燥或炒制的小麦能有效延缓食盐结块,具有明显的抗结效果;为解决小包装食盐结块、抗结剂替代等问题提供了新思路,新方法。
Adding a certain proportion of dried or fried wheat to salt can effectively delay the salt agglomeration and has obvious anti-coagulation effect.It provides a new idea and method to solve the problems of small package salt agglomeration and substitution of anti-coagulant.
