摘要
文中针对硫酸镁-硫酸铝钾系水合盐(8∶2)相变材料的结块问题,分别添加不同比例的防结块剂碳酸钙和氧化铝对其进行改性,通过对比分析寻找添加防结块剂的最佳比例。研究表明:添加1.5%氧化铝的混合盐体系储热性能较好,经200次冷热循环后相变放热焓值仍可达到198.4 J/g,相变温度稳定在49℃左右、放热平台时间可持续10 min,改性过的相变材料满足太阳能储热材料的基本要求。说明了添加1.5%氧化铝粉末在该混合盐相变材料的防结块方面具有良好的效果。
This article is focused on the caking phenomenon of magnesium sulfate - aluminium potassium sulfate salt hydrate phase change materials of agglomerate. Phase change performance of the modified materials is studied by adding different proportion of calcium carbonate and alumina anticaking agent into the materials comparatively. The study shows that adding 1.5% alumina mixed salt system has good thermal performance, its thermal storage enthalpy value can still reach to 198.4 J/g after 200 times of psychro - thermal cycles, phase transition temperature is at 48℃ stably, the exothermic platform time lasts 10min. The modification of phase change materials could meet the basic requirement of solar heat storage material. It is shown that adding 1.5% alumina powder has a good action on the anti - caking of the mixed salt phase change material.
