摘要
分析了益阳由农业大市向农业强市转型的必要性,以及转型升级过程中的短板问题,提出了农业转型升级的发展路径。对益阳而言,贯彻落实乡村振兴战略,必须打破常规发展路径,以推进农业供给侧结构性改革为主线,补齐现代农业发展的短板,立足资源优势调整农业种养结构,立足市场需求培育农业新产业新业态,立足要素短板加大农业保障投入,不断培育农业大市向农业强市转变的新动能。
This paper analyzes the necessity of Yiyang＇s transformation from a large agricultural city to a strong agricultural city, the shortcoming in the process of transformation and upgrading, and puts forward the development path. In order to, implement the strategy of rejuvenating rural in Yiyang, it is necessary to change the conventional development path, promote agricultural supply side structural reform, make up for the shortcomings in the development of modern agriculture, adjust farming structure based on the resource advantage, cultivate new agricultural industry new business model according to the market demand, increase agricultural security investment according to the short board of factors, and constantly promote the transformation of large agricultural to strong agricultural.
