摘要
随着首都城市功能的发展转变以及人们对农产品消费需求的变化,北京农业发展需要加大调结构、转方式的力度,推动农业供给侧结构性改革。通过分析北京农业产业面临的市场需求和生产供给形势,指出供需结构面临的主要问题,提出了北京农业供给侧结构性改革的基本定位、主要任务、总体目标以及发展对策。
With the development changes in the capital urban functions and people's demand for agricultural products,the government needs to increase efforts to adjust agricultural structure and transfer methods,and implement the structural reform on the agricultural supply side for the development of agriculture in Beijing.The authors analyzed the situation of market demand and production supply of Beijing's agricultural industry to find the problems caused by the supply and demand structure,then posed the basic orientation,main tasks,overall goals and countermeasures of structural reforms on agricultural supply side in Beijing.
