摘要
现代农业产业园推进农业全产业链和产业集群发展,引领带动农村产业兴旺,是实施乡村振兴战略和加快推进农业农村现代化发展的重要抓手。在实地调研基础上,运用产业经济和园区经济等相关理论,基于北京现代农业产业园发展现状,分析梳理了产业园依托主导产业,定位高端市场、打造科研平台,科技创新发展、完善基础设施,生产绿色发展和优化管理形式,实现区县联动管理的发展特点,并结合产业园发展中现存的主要问题,对北京现代农业产业园的发展走向进行展望。未来,北京市现代农业产业园主导产业将进一步凸显,生产要素将进一步集聚,园区功能将进一步拓展,组织管理将进一步完善。
Through promoting the development of the whole agricultural industry chain and industrial clusters,modern agricultural industrial park droves the prosperity of rural industries,which is an important measure of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and accelerating the development of agricultural and rural modernization.On the basis of investigation and research,using the relevant theories of industrial economy and park economy,and based on the analysis of the development status quo of Beijing modern agricultural industrial park,this paper analyzed and sorted out the development characteristics of industrial park relying on leading industries,positioning high-end market,building scientific research platform,scientific and technological innovation and development,improving infrastructure,green production development and optimizing management forms,and district and county linkage management.Combined with the existing problems in the development of industrial park,the development trend of Beijing modern agricultural industrial park was forecasted.In the future,the leading industries of Beijing modern agricultural industrial park will be further highlighted,the production factors will be further gathered,the park functions will be further expanded,and the organization and management will be further improved.
