摘要
农村一二三产业融合发展是实施乡村振兴战略,推进农业供给侧结构性改革,培育农村新经济、新动能的重要内容。湖南省涟源市坚持走"以特色产业为基础,以园区为依托,以企业为载体,以项目为支撑"的三产融合发展之路,对于破解农业供给侧结构性难题,促进农业增效、农民增收和农村繁荣,具有重要的现实意义。本文基于涟源经验,从因地制宜、因势利导、双轮驱动、以人为本和以融为要等五个方面探索农村一二三产业融合发展的实现路径,旨在为新常态下农村地区更好更快地推进三产融合发展提供参考。
Rural industrial convergence development is an important content of the strategy of Rural Revitalization,the supply-side structural reform of agriculture,the cultivation of the new rural economy and forces.The city of Lianyuan, Hunan province,adheres to the path of rural industrial convergence development,which is based on the characteristic in- dustry ,relying on the park ,taking the enterprise as the carrier and the project as the support.This model has great prac- tical significance for solving the structural problems of agricultural supply-side,promoting agricultural efficiency,farmers＂ income and rural prosperity.To provide decision-making reference for the rural areas to better and faster promote the rural industrial convergence development,the article,based on lianyuan experience,explores the realization path of the rural industrial convergence development from the aspects of adjusting measures to local conditions,making the best use of the situations ,human-oriented ,dual-wheel driving and taking the integration as the key.
