摘要
钢丝绳设计以保证其使用性能并尽可能延长使用寿命为首要目的,通过技术措施抑制并推迟微动疲劳或腐蚀疲劳的发生。设计钢丝绳以圆形横断面充满、钢丝表面磨损速率最低、微裂纹萌生与扩展速率最慢、腐蚀速率最低、柔韧性适中、同心层保留一定间隙及生产效率最高等为基本原则。涂层化是钢丝绳制造技术的发展方向,涂层钢丝绳是光面钢丝绳的升级换代产品。点线复合结构,不仅适用于股绳结构,也适用于钢丝绳结构,钢丝绳捻制设备根据需要将向大型化与复合化方向发展。
Primary purpose of wire rope design is to guarantee its using performance and prolong service life possibly,through technical measure to prevent occurance of fretting fatigue or corrosion fatigue. Wire rope design take the following aspects as basic principle such as round corss section filled,steel wire surface wear rate minimum,microcrack initiation and expansion rate slowest,corrosion rate lowest,flexibility moderate,concentric layer retains certain gap and production efficiency highest etc. Coating is developing direction of wire rope produciton technology,coating wire rope is upgrading product of bright wire rope. Point line conposite structure is suitable for strand and rope sturcture and suitable for wire rope structure,wire rope laying equipment is developing to large and compound direction according to requirements.
