摘要
钢丝绳纤维芯直径设计主要依靠钢丝绳生产企业的经验来确定,没有精确的计算公式。在设计纤维芯钢丝绳时,纤维芯的面积是设计的关键。通过对纤维芯钢丝绳截面进行合理数学假设及数学推导,得出钢丝绳纤维芯横截面积的理论计算公式。根据公式,可以精确计算纤维绳芯直径,用以指导生产实践。
The diameter design of common fiber core is based on the experience of wire rope production enterprises, there is no exact calculating formula. The area calculation of fiber core is a key of designing. The fiber core wire rope section is rea- sonable mathematical hypothesis, theoretical calculation formula of the fiber core cross section area is given through the mathematical derivation. According to the formula, the diameter of fiber rope core can be accurately calculated to guide the production practice.
