浅谈“卓越化学教师”实践教学能力培养 被引量:1

摘要 随着欧美等西方国家相继推出"卓越教师培养计划",我国也越来越关注教师队伍的建设并积极推进卓越教师的培养。本文是吉林师范大学"卓越教师"培养改革计划的探究,构建以基础性、别致性、必要性为原则的教学内容,以启发式、讨论式、探究式为基础的教学手段,针对"卓越化学教师"培养现状提出解决措施,应着重培养中学化学教师的实践教学能力,以培养符合未来社会发展需要的优秀中学化学教师。 With the introduction of the"excellent teacher training program"in western countries such as Europe and America,our country pays more and more attention to the faculty construction and actively promotes the cultivation of outstanding teachers.This paper is an inquiry into the reform plan of"excellent teacher"training in Jilin Normal University. To construct the teaching content based on the principle of foundation,chic and necessity,a teaching tool based on heuristics,discussion,inquiry is presented. In view of the current situation,the measures should be taken to cultivate the practical teaching ability of the chemistry teachers so as to train the excellent chemistry teachers who meet the needs of the future social development in middle school.
