摘要
从教学科研能力、人格等方面分析了卓越教师的特点及传统教育培养体系相对封闭、培养模式相对单一、教师专业化程度不高等弊端。为了加快新手型和熟手型教师向卓越型教师的转变,必须将"影子教师"制度化,进行学校间的合作;将教研交流常态化,着力提升教师队伍的教研素养;利用"国培计划"项目,加快教师成长步伐等措施。
From teaching and research ability ,personality and other aspects ,the paper analyzes the characteristics of outstanding teachers and the problems of traditional training system such as the relatively closed system ,the relative-ly simple mode ,poor professionalized teachers ,and so on .To speed up the changing from new or proficient teachers to excellent teachers ,the following measures could be taken: institutionalizing the “shadow teacher” and strength the cooperation between schools;normalizing the teaching and research exchanges ,and taking efforts to enhance the teaching and research quality of teacher team;speeding up the growth of teachers by “National Training Plan”.
