摘要
目的探讨意守式针灸联合依巴斯汀治疗间歇性过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选择2016年6月至2017年8月科室收治的90例间歇性过敏性鼻炎患者,随机数字表法分为3组,每组30例。观察组采用意守式针灸+依巴斯汀治疗,对照A组单用依巴斯汀治疗,对照B组单用意守式针灸治疗。比较3组临床治疗有效率、临床症状积分及血清黏附因子-1(VCAM-1)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)水平。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,与对照A组(76.67%)和对照B组(76.67%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床症状积分与对照A组和对照B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VCAM-1、IL-4、IL-10及Ig E各项指标均优于对照A组和对照B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论意守式针灸联合依巴斯汀治疗间歇性过敏性鼻炎疗效确切,在缓解临床症状、降低炎性反应方面效果显著。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of mind concentration mode acupuncture combined with ebastine on intermittent allergic rhinitis. Methods Ninety patients with intermittent allergic rhinitis who were admitted and treated in our hospital from Mmarch 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into three groups,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in observation group were treated by mind concentration mode acupuncture combined with ebastine,and the patients in control group A were treated by simple ebastine,and the patients in control group B were treated by simple mind concentration mode acupuncture. The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom scores,serum levels of adhesion factor-1（VCAM-1）,interleukin-4（IL-4）,interleukin-10（IL-10） and immunoglobulin E（Ig E） were observed and compared among the three groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 96. 67,which was 76. 67% in control group A and control group B,there was a significant difference between observation group and the two control groups（P〈 0. 05）,and,there were significant differences in clinical symptom scores between observation group and the two control groups（P〈 0. 05）. Moreover the indexes including VCAM-1,IL-4,IL-10 and Ig E in observation group were superior to those in the two control groups（P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The mind concentration mode acupuncture combined with ebastine in treatment of intermittent allergic rhinitis is effective,which has obvious effects in relieving clinical symptoms,reducing inflammatory reaction.
