摘要
目的观察"调神针刺法"治疗中重度过敏性鼻炎(AR)患者的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法 60例中重度AR患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组针刺迎香、印堂、合谷、肺俞、脾俞、肾俞、肝俞、大椎、百会、太冲;印堂穴与百会穴、双侧迎香穴分别接电针,隔日针刺1次,共针刺12次。对照组给予西替利嗪片口服,每次10mg,每日1次,连续4周。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗后2周、4周时患者鼻症状总分(TNSS)、鼻炎伴随症状总分表(TNNSS)的变化,并采用鼻结膜炎生命质量调查问卷(RQLQ)评价生活质量。结果两组治疗2周、4周后TNSS评分与治疗前比较均有所降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),并且治疗2周后两组间比较TNSS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后4周TNNSS、RQLQ总分及睡眠评分与本组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗2周后TNNSS和RQLQ总分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后两组间RQLQ总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用"调神针刺法"治疗中重度AR,可改善临床症状、睡眠问题,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of regulating spirit acupuncture for moderate to severe allergic rhinitis and its effect on the patients＇ quality of life（QOL）.Methods Sixty cases of moderate to severe allergic rhinitis were randomized into the treatment group and control group,with 30 in each.The treatment group was given acupuncture on Yingxiang（GV29）,Yintang（LI20）,Hegu（LI4）,Feishu（BL13）,Pishu（BL20）,Shenshu（BL23）,Ganshu（BL18）,Dazhui（GV14）,Baihui（GV20） and Taichong（LR3）.The electro-acupuncture was used on Yintang（LI20）,Baihui（GV20）and bilateral Yingxiang（GV29）.The acupuncture was conducted in the treatment group every other day for 12 times.The control group was orally given 10mg cetirizine once daily for 4 weeks.The Total Nasal Symptoms Score（TNSS） and Total Non-Nasal Symptoms Score（TNNSS）were observed before and after treatment.The QOL was evaluated with the Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire（RQLQ）.Results The TNSS was significantly decreased in both groups after 2-week and 4-week treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） and there was a significant difference between groups after 2-week treatment（P〈0.05）.There were significant differences between before and after 4-week treatment in TNNSS,RQLQ and sleep in both groups（P〈0.05）.There were significant differences between before and after 2-week treatment in TNNSS and RQLQ in both groups（P〈0.05）.There was a significant difference between groups in RQLQ after 4-week treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The regulating spirit acupuncture can relieve the symptoms,improve sleep and increase the QOL in patients with moderate to severe allergic rhinitis.
