摘要
为了研究井下工况复杂条件下的防爆胶轮车车架受力影响因素,提取并分析各种工况下整车动力学模型的参数,包括轮胎最大转矩和车架承受动载荷特性等参数,通过观察和分析车架受力情况,指出对整车车架冲击最大的是矩形坑路面的动载荷,为后期车架的疲劳寿命分析奠定了基础。
In this paper, in order to research influence factors of hinged type explosion-proof rubber-tyred vehicle under complex working conditions of borehole operation, the authors extracted and analyzed parameters of the whole vehicle dynamic model under all kinds of working condition, including maximum torque of tire and dynamic load speciality born by frame.Thorough observing and analyzing frame stress, the authors pointed out that the maximum impact on whole vehicle frame is dynamic load of rectangle pit road, which lays a foundation for the analysis of the fatigue life of the frame.
