摘要
基于UG建立了掘进机整机三维实体模型,并在ANSYS中生成叉形架柔性体的模态中性文件,将其导入动力学仿真软件Adams建立了掘进机刚柔耦合系统。通过对该系统进行动力学仿真分析,得到典型工况下,叉形架各铰结点动态载荷曲线及应力云图,为掘进机叉形架的优化设计提供了一定的理论基础和量化依据。
A 3D model for roadheader was built by UG and a modal neutral file for lifting arm blexible body was generated by ANSYS,by adopting which into Adams the rigid-flexible coupling system of roadheader was established. By means of dynamics simulation analysis of this system, the load curve of lifting arm hinge joint and the stress clouds of lifting arm were obtained under the typical working conditions , which in return provided some theoretical foundation and certain reference for optimization design of lifting arm.
