摘要
环状RNA(circRNAs)作为竞争性内源性RNA,近年来在各个领域备受关注。目前对circRNAs的形成机制、生物学功能、特点及其在多种疾病中的作用已有初步了解。circRNAs为共价环状结构RNA,能够广泛、稳定且保守地存在于各种真核生物体内,可与microRNAs(miRNA)或蛋白质结合,或作为翻译模板编码蛋白质,在转录及转录后水平调控各种生命活动。本文主要就circRNAs在自身免疫性疾病(AD)中的作用进行讨论。随着对circRNAs研究的不断深入,其在AD发生和发展中的作用将被揭示。
As competitive endogenous RNA,circular RNAs(circRNAs) have attracted more attentions in various fields in recent years. At present,we have a preliminary understanding of the formation mechanism,biological function,characteristics of circRNAs and their roles in various diseases. circRNAs are closed circular molecules with a covalently closed loop structure. Their high abundance,stability and evolutionary conservation among species endow circRNAs with numerous potential functions,such as acting as microRNA( miRNA)sponges or binding to RNA-associated proteins to form RNA-protein complexes that regulate gene transcription.We will review the roles of circRNAs in autoimmune diseases( AD) in present paper. With the deepening of the researches on circRNAs,the roles of circRNAs in the occurrence and development of AD will be revealed.
