摘要
目的:探讨数字化模型外科在牙颌面畸形治疗中的应用效果与护理配合方法。方法:对205例牙颌面畸形患者在数字化模型外科技术辅助下行正颌手术,做好术前准备及护理配合、口腔护理、饮食护理等措施。结果:205例牙颌面畸形患者均康复出院,平均住院天数为7.8 d,未发生术后并发症,术后体重及白蛋白指数无明显下降,患者满意度为97.6%。结论:数字化模型外科应用于正颌外科,并结合高效、安全、优质的护理配合,可以降低患者术后并发症发生的风险,缩短住院时间,提高治疗效果和患者满意度,进而促进医护患和谐。
Objective： To explore the application effect and nursing cooperation method of digital model surgery in the treatment of dental and maxillofacial deformity. Methods： A total of 205 patients of dental and maxillofacial malformation were treated with orthodontic surgery with digital model surgical technique,and the preoperative preparation and nursing coordination,oral nursing and diet nursing were done. Results： 205 cases of dental and maxillofacial malformation were all recovered and discharged from hospital. The average number of hospitalized days was 7. 8 days. No postoperative complications occurred. The postoperative body weight and albumin index did not decrease significantly,and the patient satisfaction was 97. 6%. Conclusion： The application of digital model in orthognathic surgery combined with high-efficiency,safe and high-quality nursing can reduce the risk of postoperative complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the treatment effect and patient satisfaction,and promote the harmony of medical care.
