摘要 外科危重患者的机体处于严重应激状态,对其营养支持并不是单纯地提供营养,尤其不必强调满足热量的需要,更重要的是使细胞获得所需的营养底物以进行正常或近似正常的代谢,维持其基本结构。在治疗初期,主要是维持水、电解质与酸碱平衡,补充血容量,待病情平稳、维持水、电解质和酸碱平衡48~72h后再根据营养评定的结果,按患者的营养需要量供给。另外,在营养支持时添加一些特殊营养物质,将有利于调节机体的代谢和免疫功能。 The body of critical illness was in a state of severe stress. It is neither to supply the nutrients with nutritional support merely, nor to emphasize the demand of energy in patients with critical illness. However, the cells require nutrients for the normal or nearly normal metabolism. At the beginning of treatment, the body need water, electrolyte and acid-base balance, supplementary of the blood volume. 48 - 72 hours after the stable period, the treatment should keep the balance of water, electrolyte, acid-base, and nutrients according to patients demands based on the results of nutritional assessment. In addition, some special nutrients should be added in the nutritional support,which would be good to regulate the metabolism and immune function in the body.
