摘要
杰伦·范梅里恩伯尔教授的综合学习理论对于重构我国中职电子商务专业人才培养模式,培养学生可迁移的专业实战能力,具有重要价值。研究发现传统电商人才培养过程中存在目标狭窄短视、课程单一乏力、任务失真碎片、培养简单混沌、评价封闭低效等问题;提出制定"四学"培养目标、构建"分层"课程体系、梳理"完整"学习任务、实施"四元"综合学习、开展"多维"学业考核等中职"综合学习"电商人才培养模式的实践路径。
Complex learning Theory by Professor Jeroen J.G.van Merri?nboer is of great value for reconstructing the cultivation mode on e-commerce professionals at secondary vocational school in China as well as for cultivating the professional and practical abilities that students can transfer.The research found that there are such problems as short sightedness of target,weakness of single course,fragmentation of tasks,training of simple chaos,and evaluation of closure inefficiency and so on in the process of traditional e-commerce talents cultivation.Therefore,it proposes to set up"four learning"goal,to build"layered"curriculum,to comb "completed"learning tasks,to carry out the"four-element"comprehensive study,and the practice path of"multi-dimensional"academic examination along with other mid-level"comprehensive study"e-commerce personnel training mode.
