摘要
人工智能与人类社会发展之间的关系如今已引起社会各界的广泛关注。法院等司法机关与时俱进,敢于探索,勇于革新,引入人工智能等高科技改变传统办案模式,提升办案效率,提高案件质量,全面实现司法活动的公开公平公正。本文基于对人工智能在四川省成都市各级法院运行现状的数据分析,发现人工智能在法院等司法领域的运行中存在法律推理难以灵活进行、数据预测有偏风险、应用范围普遍狭窄、与司法人员互动不足等问题。本文试图从加强人工智能的研发、构建精准化人工智能办案系统、建立人机互动系统、实现人工智能应用宣传及培训评估机制等方面,探索和研究人工智能在法院等司法领域进一步运用的相关措施,以促进新时代中国特色社会主义法治建设。
Artificial intelligence（AI） is becoming the hottest topic in the science and technology field. The relation ship between AI and the development of human society has aroused wide discussion from all walks of life. The court and other judicial organs also innovate to keep pace with the times and introduce AI to change the traditional way of handling cases. Based on data and literature analysis of the operation status of AI system at all levels of courts in Chengdu, Sichuan, this paper found that the application of AI in the court system exists problems such as difficulty in flexible legal reasoning, narrow application scope, partial risk of data prediction and lack of interaction with judicial personnel. This paper explores the effective measures for the operation of AI in the field of Judicature from the aspects of establishing man-machine system, strengthening the RD of AI, constructing the system of accurate AI handling cases, and establishing the AI propaganda, training and evaluation mechanism.
