摘要
在人工智能高速发展的背景下,人民法院需要抓住技术革新带来的发展机遇,坚持技术变革、体制变革、司法规律相融合,推动司法工作朝着智能化、信息化的方向发展。本文通过对人工智能司法实践现状及发展前景的分析,针对具体存在的问题,提出了人工智能介入司法实践的具体路径。
In the context of the rapid development of artificial intelligence,the people’s courts need to seize the development opportunities brought about by technological innovation,adhere to the integration of technological reform,institutional reform,and judicial laws,and promote the development of judicial work in the direction of intelligence and informatization.Based on the analysis of the present situation and development prospects of artificial intelligence judicial practice,this article proposes specific paths for artificial intelligence to intervene in judicial practice in response to existing problems.
