摘要
校企共建实训基地是实训基地建设一种形式。校企合作的水平对实训基地的质量有着很大影响。当前校企共建实训基地存在校企合作程度不深、实训室建设和生产脱节、缺乏长效合作机制等问题。通过实践研究认为,校企共建实训基地,必须提升校企合作质量,院校与企业在教学、科研、人才培养等多个方面寻找利益共同点,确立双赢建设目标,建成高度仿真、设备先进且适合教学的实训基地,最后通过教学,检验实训基地的建设过程和应用效果。
The school-enterprise training base is a form of training base construction. The level of school-enterprise cooperation has a great influence on the quality of the training base. At present, there are some problems in school-enterprise cooperation, such as low level of school-enterprise cooperation, disconnection of training room construction and production, lack of long-term cooperation mechanism and so on. Through practice and study it suggests that the construction of practice base should improve the quality of school-enterprise cooperation, colleges and enterprises should find common interest points in the teaching, scientific research, personnel training and so on, establish a win-win target, build the training base with highly simulation and advanced equipment, and suitable for the teaching. Finally through teaching, it examines the construction process and application effect of the training base.
