摘要
根据市场需求制订人才培养方案,建立能力主导的实践教学体系,从工作岗位出发建设校企合作课程等建立起来的"厂中校"人才培养模式,可以实现人才培养与企业需求零距离对接,可使学校、企业、学生三方实现"三赢"。
The talented person training mode on college inside factory which is on the basis of developing the talented person training scheme according to market demand, establishing a practical teaching system with reflecting the ability, and co-constructing courses related to jobs, can realize the zero distance docking talents training and enterprises demand, can make the colleges, enterprises and students achieve the three win situation.
