摘要
本文针对电气工程专业人才培养模式特点进行了深入分析,指出了目前在实际开展中存在的问题。为实现电气工程专业人才培养质量提升,分别从教材内容整合与优化、校校和校企共联合、精简课程并提供创新拓展空间、鼓励教师到生产一线学习、倡导小班授课五个方面给出了一些可行建议和改进措施。
In this paper,the characteristics of the training mode of electrical engineering professionals are analyzed in depth,and the problems in the actual development are pointed out.Toimprove the quality of professional talents of electrical engineering,from the teaching content integration and optimization,school and school enterprise joint,streamline the curriculum and provide innovative space for development,encourage teachers to provide space to the production line learning,small class teaching advocates,and gives some feasible suggestions and measures for improvement.
