摘要
本文回顾"和谐使命-2017"任务及海上医院基本情况,着眼于此次海外医疗服务过程中的服务语言运用,全面分析到访国语言志愿者的来源,就志愿者的一般特点和工作情况进行总结,探讨语言志愿者管理实践经验,提出应通过充分的前期准备、上岗前的专业培训、建立相应的筛选机制、优选当地中国留学生的经验,并就发挥语言志愿者的作用进行分析,以期为更好开展海外医疗服务提供建议。
This article reviewed the basics of Mission Harmony 2017 and the characteristics of medical staff of the onboard hospital. Focusing on the foreign languages and several local languages used during the overseas medical service,we comprehensively analyzed the sources of language volunteers in the eight host countries,summarized the general characteristics of their work,explored the practical experience of language volunteers management,and proposed the following suggestions,including adequate preparation,professional pre-employment training,establishment of a screening mechanism,and recruitment of local Chinese overseas students. This article provides an in-depth analysis on how to make the most of language volunteers and put forward suggestions for better overseas medical services in future.
