摘要
回顾"和谐使命-2017"任务的医务人员组成,以及医疗服务的模式及内容,分析主平台诊疗、前出诊疗和学术交流的特点。此次医疗服务呈现特点:医疗需求旺,就诊患者多;患者期望极高,诊后影响较大;传染病高发,防控难度大;疾病谱特征显著,手术种类相对固定;病种质量高、诊疗难度大。探索医院船在非战争军事行动中的实践模式,应进一步加强海上卫勤保障训练,培养素质全面的海军医学人才,制定有效的海上卫勤保障规范,为医院船的保障效能奠定基础。
This study aims to summarize the composition of medical staff,to review the mode and content of the overseas medical service during Mission Harmony 2017,and to analyze the characteristics of the mission,including main platform treatment,out-call platform treatment and academic exchanges. The medical service during the mission presented the following features： a large quantity of patients with huge medical demand,high expectation of the patients with significant influence after diagnosis and treatment,high incidence of infection risk with enormous hardship in prevention,marked characteristics of the disease spectrum with relatively fixed surgical types;high quality of disease entities with great difficulties in diagnosis and treatment. Based on this mission,we explored the practice mode of hospital ship in non-combat military operations,suggesting that we should further strengthen the training of marine medical staff,strive to cultivate naval medical staff with comprehensive abilities,and formulate an effective working system and standard for onboard medical service,in order to lay a solid foundation for guaranteeing the efficacy of hospital ships.
