摘要
应用型人才的培养跟社会需求、行业特点密切相关。在人才培养方面,从公共基础课到专业平台课及专业课都要在内容上进行大刀阔斧的改革,基础课、专业平台课及专业课都要围绕应用及行业要求来进行设计,尤其要加大实践课程的训练,优化实验实训内容,着重培养学生学以致用的能力。同时还要进行双师型教师的培训,构建应用型人才培养所必备的硬软件条件。
The training of applied talents is closely related to the social needs and the characteristics of the industry.In terms of personnel training, from public basic courses to professional platform courses and specialized courses, drasticreforms must be made in content. Basic courses, professional platform courses and specialized courses should be designedaround the requirements of application on industry. Especially, the training in practical courses should be increased, theexperimental training contents must be optimized, and focus on training students’ ability to learn to apply. At the sametime, they should carry out the training of double teachers and build the necessary hard and software conditions for thetraining of applied talents.
