摘要
以培养应用型人才为主的高校,为加强"双师型"师资队伍建设,已选派部分专任教师到企业参加实践锻炼。本文作者被选派到企业后,针对土木工程专业教师到企业实践对教学的意义进行了总结。探讨了实践经验对教师自身实践能力提高、对教学整体效果以及对学生培养的意义等。
In order to strengthen the construction of"double-qualified"teachers,some full-time teachers have been selected and sent to enterprises to take part in practical training in colleges and universities which mainly cultivate application-oriented talents.After being assigned to the enterprise,the author summarizes the significance of civil engineering teachers’practice in the enterprise.This paper discusses the significance of practical experience to the improvement of teachers’practical ability,to the overall teaching effect and to the cultivation of students.
