摘要
强化教师参与社会实践是国家对教师提出的要求。教师参与社会实践的基本功能是提高教师素质,包括思想政治素质、社会素养、专业素养,而最终目的是提高教育教学质量。教师参与社会实践的理论依据是教师素质结构论、实践论、教育社会功能论、教学规律和学习规律。教师可以根据功能和目的选择参与社会实践的内容,参与的方式包括学习型、体验型、实战型、陪伴型,可以有组织地进行,也可以自主安排。政府、学校等部门应当在经费、制度等方面予以保障,创造条件让教师有机会参与有效的社会实践活动。
Strengthening teachers’participation in social practice is a national requirement for teachers.The basic function of teachers’participation in social practice is to improve their quality,including the ideological and political quality,social quality and professional quality,and the ultimate goal is to improve the quality of educating and teaching.The theoretical basis of teachers’participation in social practice is the theory of teacher quality structure,the theory of practice,the theory of educational social function,the law of teaching and the law of learning.Teachers can choose the content of the participation in social practice according to the functions and purposes,and the ways of the participation include learning type,experiencing type,practical type and accompanying type,which can be organized or arranged independently.The government,schools and other departments should provide the financial and institutional guarantees,and create conditions for teachers to have the opportunity to participate in the effective social practice.
