摘要
目的研究Ki67、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-1、MMP-2在鼻咽癌中的表达及意义。方法收集2016年6月至2017年6月在该院确诊为鼻咽癌的活检组织标本79例作为鼻咽癌组,同期选择40例鼻咽慢性炎组织标本为鼻咽慢性炎组,采用免疫组织化学法检测两组切片组织中Ki67、MMP-1、MMP-2表达。结果鼻咽癌组织中Ki67、MMP-1及MMP-2阳性表达率均明显高于鼻咽慢性炎组(P<0.05),且鼻咽癌颈部淋巴转移组阳性表达率均明显高于非转移组(P<0.05)。经Spearman相关分析,Ki67表达与MMP-1、MMP-2表达均为正相关(r1=0.205,P<0.05;r2=0.140,P<0.05),MMP-1表达与MMP-2呈正相关(r=0.129,P<0.05)。结论在鼻咽癌组织中Ki67、MMP-1、MMP-2均为高表达,且三者表达均呈正相关,在鼻咽癌的发生发展以及淋巴结转移中起协同作用,可对鼻咽癌早期诊断及预后提供有利的参考价值。
Objective To study the expression of Ki67,matrix metalloproteinases（MMP）-1,MMP-2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its significance.Methods 79 patients of specimen of biopsy tissue of nasopharyngeal carcinoma who received therapy from June 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected as research objects as nasopharyngeal carcinoma group,at the same time choose 40 cases with nasopharyngeal chronic inflammatory tissue samples for nasopharyngeal chronic inflammation group,the two groups of biopsy tissue immune histochemical method testing of Ki67,MMP-1,expression of MMP-2.Results Nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues Ki67,MMP 1 and MMP-2 positive expression rate of chronic infection group were significantly higher than that of nasopharyngeal（P〈0.05）,the positive expression rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and cervical lymph node metastases group were significantly higher than the shift group（P〈0.05）.According to Spearman correlation analysis,expression of Ki67 was positively correlated with mmp-1 and mmp-2 expression（r1=0.205,P〈0.05;r2=0.140,P〈0.140）,the expression of MMP-1 was positively related with MMP-2（r=0.129,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ki67 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue,MMP-1,MMP-2 are high expression,expression are positively correlated,and three in the development and lymph node metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma synergy,can provide beneficial reference for early diagnosis and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma value.
