细胞周期素D1(CyclinD1)是细胞周期G1 期的重要调控因子之一 ,它在多种癌组织中扩增和过表达。Ki 67是一种细胞增殖核抗原 ,广泛应用于评估肿瘤细胞的增殖活性。多数学者认为二者的表达高低与肿瘤的组织类型、分化程度及预后有关 ,可根据二者的表达情况选择不同的治疗手段、预测放射敏感性及改善预后。但也有学者持相反的观点。
Cyclin D1 is one of the key regulators of G1 phase in the cell cycle.lts amplification and overexpression have been reported in a va_riety of tumors. The nuclear Ki 67 antigen is considered as an objective marker of proliferative activity in tumors. Many scientists think that the exp_ression of Cyclin D1 and Ki 67 is closely associated with the histological grade,tumor grade and the prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).The expression of Cyclin D1 and Ki 67 may be applicated as optimum treatment selection, radiosensitivity prediction and prognosis evaluation. However, there are some scientists who disagree these viewpoints. The relationship and significance between NPC and Cyclin D1 and Ki 67 is mainly discussed in this review.
