摘要
大学生创业已成为社会普遍关注的热点。作为全国科技创新中心,北京市积极响应党和国家号召,相继出台了一系列支持大学生创业的政策,有效促进了首都地区大学生创新创业。本文对北京大学生创业政策进行了系统梳理和归纳,并着重深入剖析了目前政策环境存在的主要问题,最后提出了加强政策普及、增加融资渠道等具有针对性的对策建议,以期为北京大学生创新创业政策环境的优化提供参考。
Enterprising activities of university graduates have become a focus of concern nowadays. As the center of national S&T innovation,Beijing formulates a series of policies supporting university graduates to participate in enterprising activities,which have promoted the innovation and entrepreneurship of university students in the capital area. This article combs through the enterprising policies for university students in Beijing systematically,analyzes deeply the problems of policy environment at this stage,and proposes some suggestions regarding strengthening policy popularization,increasing funding channels and so on in order to provide valuable references for optimizing policy environment for enterprising activities of university students in Beijing.
