摘要
采用丙烯酰化的方法将甲基丙烯酸酐与明胶反应,在明胶分子链上引入不饱和双键。通过紫外光照射引发甲基丙烯酰胺基明胶共聚制备水凝胶,对交联水凝胶的形貌、溶胀率、降解性、机械性能和细胞活性进行了测试和分析。结果表明:体系中甲基丙烯酰胺基明胶浓度增加,增加交联反应的程度,使得水凝胶形成更加复杂的网络结构,提高了水凝胶的刚性。GelMA水凝胶不具有细胞毒性,是一种潜在的多功能生物医用材料。
Gelatin was reacted with methacrylic anhydride to introduce the unsaturated double bond to gelatin molecule chain through acrylation. Gelatin methacrylate (GelMA) was crosslinked to hydrogel by the UV photopolymerization. The physicochemical properties of GelMA hydrogel, such as morphology, swelling ratio, degradability, mechanical property and cell viability, were investigate and analyzed. The result indicated that the crosslinking degree increased with the concentration of GelMA, and make the hydrogel a more complicated network structure and enhance the hydro- gel stiffness. The GelMA hydrogel has no toxic, was a potential multi-functional biomedical materials.
