摘要
以从皮革固体废弃物中提取的胶原蛋白为原料,利用丙烯酸单体改性胶原蛋白,通过乳液接枝共聚,制备新型胶黏剂用在造纸涂料中。探讨了胶原蛋白和单体配比对乳液性能、胶膜性能及纸张性能的影响。结果表明:当胶原蛋白与单体比例为1:5时,综合性能最佳。
Through the emulsion graft copolymerization,the new adhesive was prepared with the collagen extracted from leather solid waste as raw material.Then the new adhesive was applied to paper coating.The effects of the ratio of collagen and monomer on properties of emulsion,film and paper were discussed.Results show that when the ratio of collagen and monomer is 1:5,comprehensive performance of emulsion is the best.
