摘要
新生代农民工已经成为我国产业的主力军,他们也应成为"新型城镇化"的主要力量。新生代农民工城市融入是新时代城镇化建设的重点内容,当前新生代农民工在户籍制度改革之后,仍然面临着如何融入城市这一问题。城市融入的关键在于让农民工在城市享有各种公平机会。分别从经济机会、制度规范、社会交往与文化融入等四个方面分析新型城镇化进程中新生代农民工的融入状况,并且指出这四个融入维度是逐渐递进的关系,其中,经济公平是融入基础,制度公平是长久保障,社会成果分享是难点,文化心理认同是融入目标。
The new generation of migrant workers has become the main force of China＇s industry,and they should also become the main force of ＂new urbanization＂. The integration of the new generation of migrant workers in urban areas is a key part of the urbanization of the new era. After the reform of the household registration system,the new generation of migrant workers still face the problem of how to integrate into the city. The key to urban integration is to allow migrant workers to enjoy a variety of fair opportunities in the city. This article analyzes the integration of the new generation of migrant workers in the new urbanization process from the four aspects of economic opportunities,institutional norms,social interaction and cultural integration,and points out that these four integration dimensions are gradually progressive relations,in which economic fairness is the foundation of the integration,system fairness is the long-term guarantee,sharing of social results is the difficulty,and cultural and psychological identity is the goal.
